We are very proud to announce that Aurora Managed Services has been honoured with winning the Client Project of the year award for our entry to The Print.IT Awards 2023. Congratulations to team Aurora for this outstanding achievement!

Our entry dealt with our biggest Enterprise project of the year; transforming the printing and document management processes for Highbourne Group. This project was no small feat for us to digitally transform the digital fax, ERP POS & POD printing, and workspace secure print services for Highbourne. From the very beginning, our team embarked on a journey that demanded not just hard work, but also strategic brilliance(catering to 380 retail branches) and technical expertise. The initial analysis of the provided data was the first step in understanding the magnitude of the challenge ahead. It required meticulous attention and dedication from our experts.

Our infrastructure and software architects showcased their technical brilliance, crafting a solution that surpassed the client’s expectations. The creation of our inaugural comprehensive ITSM standard Service Design was a pivotal milestone in this journey, a testament to our commitment to setting new industry standards.

However, the success of this project was not solely due to the technical aspects. It started with brilliant sales execution and ran through to outstanding delivery, service and support. It wasn’t just sales and service though, IT, Finance, Lease Desk, Contracts and all our support functions touched this project in one way or another. Every individual’s commitment, dedication, and expertise played a crucial role in delivering this project to the absolute delight of Highbourne Group. Moreover, our commitment didn’t stop at project delivery.
