Modern Slavery Act Statement

Introduction

Aurora is fully committed to ensuring that modern slavery or human trafficking does not exist in its own business and its supply chains. We constantly strive to develop policy and procedures to manage the way we obtain our goods and services to keep our supply chain robust.

To date we have had no reports of modern slavery or human trafficking within our organization nor our supply chains.

Our Organisation

Aurora Managed Services Ltd is a leading digital print solution provider in the UK and a highly specialised business telecoms provider. We offer a consolidated product and service portfolio, which focuses on helping organisations to improve efficiency, increase productivity and reduce costs.

We have around 270 staff, all of whom are based in the United Kingdom. Our staff are largely directly employed and are generally not in any category which is seen to be vulnerable to modern slavery in this country.

Our Supply Chain

We are committed to continuously improving our practices to identify and eliminate any slavery and human trafficking risks in our business and supply chains, and to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

We use a wide range of suppliers who supply goods for sales, provide services and support our operations.

Our Policies

We have a number of relevant policies which underpin our approach to tackling the risk of modern slavery in our supply chain. These include:

• Whistleblowing Policy which encourages staff to report concerns including any related to modern slavery/trafficking and child or forced labour.
• Code of Conduct which makes clear to employees the actions and behaviours expected of them when representing the organisation. Aurora strive to maintain the highest standards of employee conduct and ethical behaviour.
• Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
• Health and Safety Policy

Due Diligence

We undertake due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers, and regularly review our existing suppliers. We have in place systems across our business, our trading partners and our supply chains to:

• Identify inappropriate employment practices
• Identify and assess other potential risk areas
• Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring
• Monitor potential risk areas
• Protect whistle-blowers

Training

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and in our supply chains, we provide relevant training to our staff.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and it constitutes Aurora Managed Services’ Ltd (Aurora) slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2023 and was approved by the Board of Directors of Aurora Managed Services Ltd.
