No 1 Copper Pot Police Credit Union has a rich history dating back to 1986. Originally rooted in Greater Manchester Police and Leicestershire Police, the credit union has experienced significant growth, expanding to serve all UK police forces. Copper Pot Police Credit Union, a financial institution serving the police sector, faced the challenge of adapting to a hybrid work model due to the pandemic. With staff now working from home three days a week and in the office for two days, they needed to reduce on-site printers. The primary requirements were to reduce costs, enhance security, and prioritise sustainability.

Simultaneously, the printer fleet was strategically reduced to align with the reduced number of staff in the office at any given time. This tailored approach was designed to harmonise with the new “hybrid” working conditions that Copper Pot had seamlessly integrated into their weekly operations.

Despite common IT connection challenges, the installation process went smoothly.
