Typically our clients want to know the exact volumes and costs of every engine and system they have in operation, so this is the foundation of every report. All our billing operations are UK based so it’s simple and straightforward process to provide the information you need.

In addition, clients find it helpful to see the breakdown of colour, black and white output, and splits on different page sizes outputted. Anything smaller than SRA3 is often an exception.

The performance of each engine is reported on, highlighting any downtime or issues, Aurora responses and resolutions provided.

This reporting will identify any repeated issues or trends of behaviour , which can be discussed in the context of the sort of work, media or usage that is being carried out so we can minimise any future disruption.

We can also look at the consumption of toner and any other consumables, or parts and components. An on-site stock tailored to your usage patterns and workload could improve your throughput in this area.
