This isn’t just basic green button training, our PPD specialists will take you through all the key aspects of setting up and running your new print engine, and share their tips and techniques to get the very best from your new equipment.
As part of the training and support we provide throughout the lifecycle of your equipment, our Fiery Certified specialists can train you on all things Fiery, from how to manage your workflows effectively on Fiery workstations and controllers to getting to grips will colour calibration, matching and management.
Some of the print engines we provide include user-replaceable components and where appropriate we can train client operators to carry out some replacements themselves, making them self-sufficient and increasing their understanding of the devices.
This operator support doesn’t stop there. Throughout the term of your agreement with Aurora, we will be on hand to provide you with the support you need, helping you continue to advance your knowledge and expertise.
